Delete your data — Crossword & Words Puzzles by AeroFluxStudio

Crossword & Words Puzzles has no accounts of its own and we run no servers, so there is no account for us to close. Your information lives in up to three places. Here is how to delete each one.

1. Game data on your phone

Progress, stars, scores, album, daily streak, awards and settings.

1. Open Android Settings › Apps › Crossword & Words Puzzles.
2. Tap Storage & cache › Clear storage.

Or simply uninstall the game. This deletes the data at once and cannot be undone. Android backup is off for this game, so no copy remains in Google Drive.

2. Google Play Games data (only if you signed in)

Your Saved Games copy of your progress, leaderboard scores and achievements for this game. If you only clear the phone's storage, signing in again will bring your cloud progress back — delete it here too for a fresh start.

On your phone:

1. Open the Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Settings › General › Play Games profile › Privacy & settings.
3. Under Your data, tap Delete profile & game data.
4. Find Crossword & Words Puzzles and tap Delete.

On a computer: go to play.google.com/games/profile › Your data › Delete Play Games account & data, then delete this game under "Delete individual game data". Google's steps: Delete your Play Games data.

3. Advertising data held by Google

• Delete your advertising ID: Android Settings › Privacy › Ads › Delete advertising ID (the path varies by phone).
• Change or withdraw ad consent: in the game, Me › Privacy preferences.
• Manage the ads Google shows you: My Ad Center.

4. Emails you sent us

Email support@aerofluxstudio.xyz with the subject "Delete my data — Crossword & Words Puzzles" from the address you wrote from. We will delete our correspondence with you within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Ask us for help

If you can't follow the steps above, or want to exercise another privacy right, email support@aerofluxstudio.xyz with the same subject. We will guide you or act within 30 days. We never ask for your password.

What is not deleted

• Your Remove Ads purchase. It belongs to your Google account and restores when you reinstall. Google Play keeps purchase records as the law requires; see your Google Play order history.
• Anonymous crash reports in the Google Play Console, which cannot be linked to you.
• Aggregated statistics in the Google Play Console (such as install counts and ratings) that don't identify anyone.

To delete your whole Google account, including all Google Play data, use myaccount.google.com › Data & privacy.
