AeroFluxStudioTerms of Use — Crossword & Words Puzzles
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AeroFluxStudio ("we", "us") for the Crossword & Words Puzzles game (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Who can play
The Game is designed for adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
3. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The puzzles, clues, pictures, sounds, design and code remain ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game or its puzzle content, except as the law allows.
4. Fair play
- Don't cheat the leaderboard — for example by modifying the Game or its data, or by using automated tools.
- Don't interfere with the Game, its ads or Google's services.
- We may remove scores that look impossible and may limit leaderboard access for accounts that break these rules.
5. Google services
Sign-in, leaderboards, achievements and Saved Games are provided by Google Play Games; purchases by Google Play; ads by Google AdMob. Your use of them is also governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
6. Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads shown between levels. Hint and swap ads play only when you choose to watch them. We do not control the content of individual ads; to report an ad, use the ad's own feedback control or email us.
7. Remove Ads purchase
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to your Google account and processed by Google Play.
- It turns off the ads between levels permanently on that Google account, including after reinstalling. Optional ads you choose to watch for a hint may remain.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
8. Content credits
Picture clues use Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT licence). Fonts are Lilita One and Fredoka (SIL Open Font License 1.1). Answer lists were built with SCOWL and Open English WordNet (CC BY 4.0). Full notices are in the Game under Me › About game › Licences.
9. Changes to the Game
We work to keep the Game running and its puzzles correct. We may add, change or remove puzzles and features, and online features such as leaderboards may pause or end.
10. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free play.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend your access to online features if you break these terms. Sections 3 (ownership), 10, 11 and 13 continue after the terms end.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We will tell you in the Game about significant changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
