How we find out about crashes
Crossword & Words Puzzles does not include its own crash-reporting or analytics software. We learn about crashes and freezes in two ways:
- Google Play Android vitals. If you have allowed your phone to "share usage and diagnostics" with Google, Android sends Google a report when the game crashes or stops responding. Google shows us these reports in the Google Play Console.
- Your email. If something goes wrong, write to support@aerofluxstudio.xyz with what you were doing, your phone model and the app version (Me › About game).
What a crash report contains

We see reports grouped and counted across many players. We cannot tell which player a report came from, and we use them only to find and fix bugs.
Diagnostics in the Google SDKs
The Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play Games Services also collect diagnostic data — such as app launch time, hang rate and errors in the SDK — to keep their services stable. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
How long reports are kept
Google keeps Android vitals data under its own retention policies. We do not download or store crash reports outside the Play Console.
Turning it off
On most Android phones: Settings › Google › (⋮ menu) › Usage & diagnostics, then switch it off. The exact path varies by phone maker. The game works the same either way.
